Registering the Barclays app on a new device
See how you can register for the app.
If you still have your old phone, you can generate a QR code in the app:
- Select ‘More’ from your app home page
- Go to ‘Manage accounts’
- Choose ‘Show app QR Code’ and follow the instructions.
Then, download the Barclays app from your new device’s app store and complete the registration. You can use the app on up to six devices.
If you’re not keeping your old device, you should delete the app registration. This also applies to any old devices that have been lost or stolen:
- Select ‘More’ from your app home page
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Manage your devices’.
